Shipping & Returns

At Jooly, we offer shipping to most countries worldwide. All of our canvas prints are made to order and are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and destination of your order. Rates are displayed at checkout, and you will have the option to choose between standard or expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery within the United States and up to 14 business days for international destinations. Orders shipped via standard shipping are not trackable.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States and up to 5 business days for international destinations. Orders shipped via expedited shipping are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) and estimated delivery date.

International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees may be collected at the time of delivery.

Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
